I agree with what is being said above. To me, it would seem like Fulcher is the type of back that might work to fill out a position for depth purposes. Perhaps I am wrong, I just do not see him as a BCS caliber running back.

Obviously, he is a son of a former NFL football player and as a result athletic genetics he has inherted. I have heard horror stories about the strength program (or lack of) at Mason. Perhaps he will prosper under the right cirucmstances and will bloom. This may have been ideal at UC in the past, I just like to think the football program has advanced beyond that point at this time.

"Serious interest" could just be what the Mason coach told Mike Dyer. If UC was seriously interested, they would have offered by now. I am not saying the UC coaches aren't interested but let's wait and see about an offer.
