Seeing as I went to colerain, still have ties to coaching staff, friendships with close family members of current players and have spoken directly to all 4 of the players I commented about... I would say it's a little more than hearsay. I can say with a huge amount of confidence I've seen the UC recruiters or coaches at MAYBE 2 games. That's point blank not good enough.

Fact is Tuberville would rather settle for kids in the south passed over by THE SEC, BIG 12 or ACC then recruit the region that has been a key to success to programs like OSU, Michigan State, Wisconsin, etc. Let's not forget the players who made up the two BCS bowl teams and where alot of them hailed from

I'll take kids from Florida and Georgia over the way overrated Ohio recruits.

Yeah because those kids from Florida and Georgia have worked out well. Homegrown ohio talent seems to be doing well in college and the NFL. In theory you have a point NTS however when we are getting the leftovers from those states it's not the same.
