Tab icon possible?

Let me just start off by saying I've been a member of a couple message boards as they were just starting out, and thus far this one is by far the most polished looking out of the gate.

That being said, one small thing that might kick it up a notch is a custom icon that shows up next to the website name at the top of my browser's tabs. Not sure if I'm explaining this well, so let me know if further clarification is needed. For example, the MSN butterfly shows up next to msn.com, a c-paw shows up next to bearcatnews.com, etc.

Is this possible?
