Miami isnt a big dog. It wouldnt be a program defining win if we were to beat them.
Now, OSU is a completely different story. If we beat them, i would spend the next few weeks celebrating. |

It's not 2001, but Miami is still a very good team. Beating them on the road would certainly be a big deal even if a lot of it is because of their name.

It probably compares best to the Va. Tech game a few years back. Meaning, it would be a big win for the season, but we wouldnt think much of it down the road.

Miami is still on a different level than UC. They get better recruits, bigger and stronger, and have way more money than UC. It would be a huge win for UC and frankly one Tubbs needs to prove UC fans he's legit.

I agree. While obviously OSU would be the better win, winning at Miami would be a notable win. And with the weak, weak conference we play in and the schedule it brings no conference wins will be considered impressive. Miami is our best chance to earn an impressive win this year.
