ticket discussion - promotion

speaking of ticket prices and such, UC is currently running a promotion. Two chairback tickets for $25. Can't complain about that.

thanks LongHaul. One of the reasons I don't go down to the shoe is because I have to sit on the benches. I'll take advantage of this promotion.

How about the Bengals situation. Can't sell out a playoff game after selling out the whole regular season. I wonder if the general public is starting to realize that prices are getting out of hand?

You can blame the NFL for that. They set the playoff ticket prices and that is why you are seeing the same thing in Indy and Green Bay.

The University does a very good job at realizing value and running appropriate promotions. I wish the NFL would take a hint.

They don't have to. They'll just threaten to blackout the game in the local market until some company/donor buys the tickets. NFL holds so much power...
