OT-RB off to state

Played Summit for the third time in three years, now 2-1 against them. This year, with no Kevin Johnson, they still give us all we could handle, but we pulled it out, 49-46. AD Jackson's son Carlas had 26 points with 6 threes. Here are the highlights if anyone is interested:http://m.youtube.com/watch?list=UUa_...&v=4C3RLoheu7A
Off to OSU for the Final Four on Friday at 2!

Yup, we lost in the Final Four on Friday. Ran into a very good Lima Central Catholic team up in Columbus. It was a nice run while it lasted, going to be tough for Bacon to replace 6 seniors next season. On a side note, has anyone seen Luke Kennard play live? Wow, his highlights are ridiculous. He is one of the best players Ohio has seen in a while. I mean, averaging 40 ppg and 10 rpg is insane, he deserved to be the Ohio Gatorade POY for sure.

Insane scoring ability, he is announcing where he'll play college tonight. All signs are pointing towards Duke.

Also wanted to add Carlton Bragg is on his level too. Great '15 class in Ohio too bad UC isn't going to land any of them.

Honestly, I didn't like Bragg that much live. He has good touch for a player with his size, but his teammate Derek Pardon (6'8) is a way more aggressive post player that actually uses his size and scores on the block. Neither one of them is the leading scorer on that team either. I don't think Bragg has enough handle to be your super tall wing player and I haven't seen him show enough interest in low post scoring to think he'll be a true post. If he can become an elite shot-maker like Payne for Mich St, it could work but I am not in love with that style of player.

I'm sure those who do the ratings know way more about this than I do, but I do think a certain amount of it is there are just not many 6'10 guys who make jump shots hanging around so they automatically get ranked very highly.
