Would Vogt and Jaevin be here if Cronin was here? Maybe not, but I'm sure as hell glad they are. Vogt is considerably better than Nsoseme could ever be and is worlds better offensively than Brooks. Still way better than Diarra. Lastly don't forget Cronin recruited Adam H, Biggie McClain, and several other complete stiffs. Anyone remember David Nyarsuk? Him or Vogt? hmm.....
I’m with you.

Vogt on the other hand is a guy who Mick simply wouldn't play. Vogt's inability to defend the perimeter and rebound would put him on the bench permanently for Cronin. Jaevin also wouldn't be here if Mick was here (Jaevin wouldn't want to play for him and I don't think Mick would have wanted him).

Yes, if Jarron was hurt last year we would not have been an NCAA tournament team (though I doubt we would have been .500). But this year Scott and Williams have improved quite a bit. If Brooks was still here he'd be a contender for first team all AAC. If Cronin stayed, we would have been a NCAA tournament team easily even if Jarron had gone to the NBA.
Brooks could have stayed. His choice. Mick could have too.
But I disagree hard on the tourney team if Jarron isn’t here. We were a 7 seed with all world Jarron. Not sure how that gets better without him. I’d dare that team you just describe to shoot 3s.

Well they would have had superstar samari Curtis to do that... he played well at Nebraska

UCLA takes down #18 Colorado on the road.

Them winning out is starting to look a lot more possible.

They might not even need to win out. 2-1 should put them in the bubble conversation.

A a win or two in the conference Tourney and they are in. If they go 2-1

Playing like the best team in the pac 12

They have 5 tier 1 wins and just 2 bad losses

How ironic would it be if it was UCLA who knocked us off the bubble

Think you need to look up the definition of irony.

A UCLA uc match up would be a great story. I don’t care what side you are on. That would be a national story. I’d take that in a second.

Who said anything about enjoying it.

That’s in your mind. I’d be furious.
