I read that on BCL too. I never know what to believe with them.

I sure hope Mick has something in his magic hat.

Things will work out guys. I still believe if no wing is found they'll look at 2 juco bigs or a hs pg/juco big. I can see a Davis shift to 2 guard with his strength, size and shooting. He has always been more of a combo guard to me. We'll see; it'll work out. There are still some decent high school bigs they're looking at as well. Scales for instance.

I trust Chad when it comes to recruiting. That doesn't mean it will definitely work out. Recruiting is a fluid situation. But he isn't just BSing.

From Jeff Borzello at CBSSports:

Quote:
13. Andrew White (No. 51)

Considering: Kansas, Texas, Georgetown, Louisville, North Carolina State, Richmond
Still wide open and with no favorites, White looks like he will end his recruitment fairly soon. Plenty of high-major schools coming on strong.

Prediction: Richmond

I'll be shocked if he picks them. UC/Kansas to me too. Meeting with Father next day or 2 to figure it out. Does kinda want to stay close to home so...could happen.

Good to hear and thanks for the update.

According to the Courier-Journal, UL is still in the mix as well.

One school that White confirmed is still in the mix is Louisville. He spent time on the phone Wednesday night with U of L coach Rick Pitino and assistant Kevin Keatts.

Do you think he will commit to a school during the signing period?

I can't say that when he doesn't even really know what he's going to do. He's feeling his way thru this and frankly could sign in a day or a week or it could go into spring. He is not letting the recruiting process drive him, he is driving it.

There is a free article (or maybe free if you sign up) from BCL with quotes from White about when he will sign. Basically if he can pick a school prior to the signing deadline than he will do that, but if not he has no problem waiting until the spring.
