I really like Keith... I think he's going to be productive for us this year and have a really nice career in a bearcat uniform. I don't get why he wasn't more highly recruited. He played in one of the toughest leagues in NY and finished PLOY (if my memory serves). I think we got a steal!

I am guessing because his shot technique isn't the best and maybe his handles aren't elite...but I agree it looks like a steal. I don't care if his shot looks bad...I think he can match up with guys like KJ, Thomas, Dixon, Troy, Sanders, etc in terms of 3 point %. But he is going to be much better than most of them in terms of penetrating and slashing. Sounds like he will probably play D with the best of them.

I really think we got Keith Williams because of the class players we have on our team- I think Keith is a classy kid and wanted to play with the same.

That is pretty lofty but closer to what I think we can achieve on the top end. The 2 seed is also aggressive and we haven't seen that type of respect from the committee in the past considering the strength of our conference. Either way it's nice to see some publications recognizing we are a big time threat this year.

Not only us at a 2 seed but WSU as a 1. That's a lot of respect for the AAC after last season's champ getting a 6.

I think Duke, Arizona, and MSU are the cream of the crop but after those teams I am hoping we could go toe to toe with any other team on a neutral site.

Yah...I don't see that scenario playing out. WSU got a 10 seed last year although in a different conference. I could maybe see a 3 and a 4 seed.

We are 6 in espn BPI too. Wichita State is #1 there.
