Favorite lines:
"Meyer is well aware of Cincinnati’s recent football success. The Bearcats have won a conference title in four of the past six seasons and played in a bowl game in seven of the past eight years, including an Orange Bowl and Sugar Bowl. The program has averaged 9.4 wins the past seven seasons, and the Bearcats are 2-0 this season"

“I haven’t been at a place with better facilities than what we have here,” said football coach Tommy Tuberville, who had head-coaching stints at Mississippi, Auburn and Texas Tech.

david aka the TYZ will become famous soon enough
Well done article. Considering it's a Columbus newspaper I applaud the author. Would have been easy to write a piece on how the university is reeling from being left out of the power five or just try to dog them in comparison to OSU. He didn't do that. He wrote a good article highlighting what we are doing and how we are improving. Well done.

I agree, when i first saw it from a Columbus writer i didnt expect him to make us look good, but it was very well done. We really do have a lot to offer and both our major programs (Football basketball) have very bright futures
