One thing I noticed about AJ was he wasn't coming to the ball on some of the passes. Chad was good at adjusting to the ball. AJ we all know can make the spectacular plays so why can't he come in two steps to get a ball rather than wait for it to come to him and let the defender adjust to the ball. Good receivers do this and I will be watching in the future to see if he does this on a regular basis. I don't think anyone will argue that Dalton's accuracy has been horrible, but if you have the talent and the will you should still get your catches when the ball is thrown within your range. I've noticed him not bringing in passes that are catchable regardless of the accuracy behind it.

Also someone mentioned that we weren't able to get to the QB yesterday, I was actually impressed with Cleveland's game plan because Hoyer took the ball and got rid of it quickly. They ran very quick plays and took our pass rush out of it. This won't typically lead to big plays or high points, but it simplifies the offense. When your defense gives up 6 it wins you ball games.

That roughing the passer call was BS, Brady gets all the calls. It was almost as bad as the phantom "roughing the passer" call with Mike Carey and Justin Smith. Brady is a good QB, don't get me wrong, but he complains like no other to the refs. After every incompletion, he looks over to the refs and wants a flag. The defense today was excellent, Wallace Gilberry is so underrated, what an excellent waiver wire pickup he has been for us.

I actually turned on the game right before that last drive in the pouring rain and that was definitely the correct call on the roughing the passer.

Oh please, I was about to call the wambulance for Tom Brady. Maybe in the Roger Goddell two-hand touch football league it is roughing the passer, but even then it is a stretch. I thought they were going to call hands to the face, which I could somewhat understand, but there is no way that was roughing the passer. He hit Brady right as he was releasing the ball and held him up so that he wouldn't fall down. I don't know what game you were watching, but it definitely wasn't this one.

Hitting the QB in the helmet will result in a roughing the passer penalty. That is the NFL now.....

I actually didn't notice Brady complain once. He just goes down at the slightest touch and is therefore labeled as a wimp

They did call roughing the passer, hands to the face. It is an automatic penalty if your hand hits the QB's helmet. It does suck when it's incidental contact, but it was a pretty easy call.
