Scout Recruiting Rankings
There's still a ways to go in the 2012 recruiting cycle before the ink is dry on LOI's, etc... but I found it encouraging that Cincinnati is ranked TWENTY FIRST in the nation in Scouts team recruiting rankings right now (and the only Big East school in the top 25):
http://cincinnati.scout.com/a.z?s=341&p=9&c=14&yr=2012 Granted there are a handful of big time schools directly behind the 'Cats in the rankings with fewer commitments who will pass UC in the long run... but I think this is definitely a visible sign of progress in recruiting, regardless of how small. |

It would help if our recruits didn't suddenly drop a * when they signed with us. Can't stand Scout. Coyne and this week/year, Norfleet lost a star on Scout just because they signed with us.

Well Scout has UC's class rated much more positively right now than rivals. Of course the rankings system is always going to be schewed to the $$$$ programs but I can't remember ever seeing UC rated in the top 25- led alone this late in the process.
