Kingsley Court will become famous soon enough
The fact remains, UC has only been able to beat Xavier 6 times in the last 17 years. That's pretty bad, and could hardly be labeled as competitive. With Xavier now in the better conference, and having an outstanding recruiting class coming in, this may be one of the last years UC has a chance.

Right because Xavier never had a chance when UC was #1 in the country all those year....

Cincinnati and Xavier are about equal as programs and will remain that way.

Recruiting classes mean nothing, Chris Mack is a horrible coach. He won with Sean Miller's players, he hasn't proven that he can win with his own players yet.

I was reading some comments over at xavierhoops.com, and it seems like one of the main reasons they are upset is because the game isn't part of the season ticket package. If that's the case, I would think we could compromise on that if we really want to keep the game downtown... correct me if I'm wrong. They all seem to hate US Bank though regardless.

Isn't it the same for UC? I have a buddy that has season tickets, and I'm pretty sure he had to pay extra for the Shootout. It was optional.

Don't get upset guys; Kingsley Court is an admitted Xavier fan who comes around every so often to stir the pot.

That's just ignorant. Mack is an awful coach. The new big east blows. And there recruiting class is overrated just ranked nationally cuz they have 5 commitments, they have 0 recruits ranked in the top 40. And look at our class last year it was pretty good( better than xu's) and this years is pretty good to. And that doesn't even matter it's all about how u develop them and finding players who fit your system. Sk was a three star and now he's one of the best players in the country. Mack offers everybody ranked high on espn and promises them unlimited shots and pt. Cronin is better, uc has better players as well this is our city and it always will be. 6 final fours, two national championships speak for its self. X hasn't made a final 4
